📄 Do you store my documents?
No. Your uploaded documents (seller disclosures and inspection reports) are processed temporarily for analysis only and are automatically deleted immediately after your report is generated. We do not store, retain, or maintain any copies. See our

💳 How does the credit system work?
Each property analysis requires 1 credit. New users receive 1 free credit. Additional credits can be purchased at $15 for 1 credit, $50 for 5 credits (save $25), or $75 for 10 credits (save $75). Credits never expire.
🔐 How do I sign in?
OfferWise uses secure OAuth authentication. Sign in with your Google, Apple, or Facebook account. We don't use passwords - it's faster, easier, and more secure.
📊 Can I get a refund?
Credits are non-refundable once purchased. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using your credits, contact
billing@offerwise.com and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.

⚖️ What is OfferScore™?
OfferScore™ is our proprietary patent-pending algorithm that analyzes property risk, seller transparency, and repair costs to calculate a recommended offer price. Our methodology uses category-weighted risk scoring and a three-component pricing model (repair costs + risk premium + transparency discount).
🗑️ How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account at any time from your
Settings page. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. Note: Unused credits are not refundable upon account deletion.
⏰ How long does analysis take?
Most analyses complete in under 5 minutes. Processing time depends on document size and complexity. You'll see a progress indicator while your analysis runs.
We typically respond to inquiries within 24-48 hours during business days (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM Pacific Time). For urgent technical issues, please mark your email as "URGENT" in the subject line.
